This lot's terrain is completely flat (except when the beach drops off into the ocean, obviously...), you will need a 'hood with flat beach lots!
This lot also has a backward entrance, like the castle in paintings and even the Disney movie, the castle entrance is close to the beach, where the ships would have docked. It is not near the road. I have also left the road alone so that the driveways do not go crazy.
